Our service delivery process

  • Gather Client Requirements

    We work with clients to understand their hiring and recruiting needs and get relevant job descriptions, compensation levels, screening parameters and interview process
  • Prepare Initial set of Blind Resumes

    Our team prepares an initial set of unscreened blind resumes (without contact information) and iterates till the list is acceptable to the client
  • Client Acceptance of Profiles & Payment

    Once the client accepts these blind resumes, the client pays Peoplelex the requisite fee for sourcing and screening these profiles
  • Candidate Screening

    Our recruiters screens candidates which the client has accepted and checks for Peoplelex criteria (e.g. Interest levels, communication etc…) and client specific criteria
  • Delivery of Short listed Candidates

    The final set of screened candidates is delivered to the client in our system and the client can then proceed to contact the candidate for interviews and closing
